Lovely person completely genuine guy and very compassionate and cares. He wanted to know all about my dear dog Lucy and I showed him some pictures on his request. I really felt relaxed and completely at ease as he talked through it all. Which was very informative and appreciated. I picked out the actual ring whilst I was there and tried it on to ensure it was correct for my finger when completed. I absolutely highly recommend him. The ring looks stunning. Well, where to start I have known Neil for a long time and you couldn’t meet a nicer bloke. We lost touch for a bit but I came across his website the other day and was amazed by what I saw. I approached Neil about making a Pandora Charm for my Mum from her late dogs ashes. He’s spent the last few years in a box on top of the fridge, so I figured it was about time he got a more fitting memorial! Being local, I was able to visit Neil at his workshop and WOW! An absolute crafters dream, so many quality tools, materials and options to choose from, and Neil himself is clearly so very passionate about his work. He took his time to show me all the options that are available, and discussed what his plans were for designing and creating the charm. I knew Bailey’s ashes were in safe hands with Neil, he treated them with respect and returned the leftover ashes in a neat, well sealed pouch. I’m sure Mum will be absolutely delighted when she receives the charm, and I will definitely come to Neil for any future memorial jewellery 🙂
